fun attracts:
weaver and i once had a brief career as guerilla sculptors. just clean dirty fun ...a pair of gloves some junk and a willing pick-up... was all it needed to fill a bit of empty urban space. then, our efforts became ensnared with collateral bystanders who had desires and proscriptions less parallel to our own innocent prankling-investigations. observing this dynamic (and knowing of the attention curse awready) i resolved to find a less visible sphere of activity and loosened my grip on the visual art deal for a considerable period of time.
silent corollary: not all attraction is beneficial
